It's not the Comfort of God. Azrael is the name of the Ange of Death in Judaism and Islam (mainley in Islam). His name in Hebrew is עזראל - Which can be parted to two: עזר - Ezer (another denomination to modern hebrew is Ezra עזרה) - Help; אל - El - God. Means Help of God.
